Dreamwork
To truly understand your inner Self, you must learn the language of your dreams. And the "language" that your dreams speak may be different than someone else's dream. So any number of approaches to understanding your dreams may be used, according to your needs and preferences. While some dreamers love to analyze their dreams, others need to feel them, getting in touch with the dream's essential message through feelings. (You can do both!)
Sometimes, creative, hands-on fun is the way to understand a dream so the creative arts become part of the mix. The variations are endless, but what never varies is the principle that you, as the dreamer, are the only true 'expert' who can say what their dreams mean.
Patti teaches you how to understand and work (or play) with your dreams through private sessions and dream groups.
The Rubenfeld Synergy Method®
The Rubenfeld Synergy Method® (RSM) is a dynamic system that focuses on the body and its relationship to feelings and emotions. RSM is the original model for this body-mind integration where body, mind, emotions and spirit are all part of the healing process. Developed by Ilana Rubenfeld over 40 years ago, RSM uses the Gestalt approach of here and now awareness, talk, gentle non-invasive touch, movement, visualization and imagination to move clients from "stuck" to a place of choice, healing and personal growth. A session is approximately 45 minutes in length, and is conducted with the client lying (fully clothed) on a massage table. While not massage, most people experience a deep sense of relaxation and release of held body tension.
As a Certified Rubenfeld Synergist and Certified Mentor since 1994, Patti has taught under the healing and cutting-edge educational paradigm of its founder, Ilana Rubenfeld. With her expertise in dreamwork and energy healing, Patti brings a truly "synergistic" approach to the healing and body
awareness of the Rubenfeld Synergy Method. Patti is available for private sessions in Rubenfeld Synergy.
Reiki
A holistic, self-help healing technique for directing natural life-force energy. Pronounced "Ray-Ki", "Rei" refers to the "universal" or spiritual dimensions of the soul and "Ki" is the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Developed on the basis of his lifelong spiritual journey in the 1920's, Mikao Usui of Japan created The Usui System of Natural Healing and is now practiced by millions around the world.
The gentle, non-invasive, healing energy of Reiki, can be a complimentary part of one's overall approach to a healthy body and spirit. As Reiki Master and Practitioner of the Usui System, Patti is a channel and clear vessel through which Reiki energy flows. Relaxation, a general increase of one's overall health and innate healing potential with a focus on the client's highest soul-purpose will be the outcome of the session.
